The Shop
With the CNC machinery available today, we are capable of performing a wide range of tasks with excellent precision allowing for automated control, increased productivity, and quality parts.

Our machine shop has the ability to handle both low and high quantity production of machined parts in our over 18,000sqft facility.
We have invested in the latest state of the art Mazak machining centers for lights out production.

CNC Vertical Machining - tooling is positioned straight down. This allows for the tool to machine a part across its surface. VIP also has several High Speed CNC Vertical Machining Centers that allow us to easily accomplish drill, tap, bore, and mill.

CNC Horizontal Machining - tooling sticks out of the side of the tooling holder which allows for the tooling to machine the sides of a part. This allows for the tool to machine a part across its surface.

CNC 5-Axis Machining - cutting tool moves across the X, Y and Z linear axis as well as rotates on the A and C axis to approach the workpiece from any direction.
